This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:
FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Summary: We stayed with my two adult children and their spouses for a long weekend, so six of us in total. The house was expansive with a large open plan living-dining-kitchen with bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The views were stunning, especially given all the fall foliage, and the location 'just' out of town so it was easy to drive in, but also incredibly peaceful at the home.

Summary: Large, beautiful and comfortable property near Leavenworth. Beautiful views of Lake Wenatchee and beautiful yard with a plum tree. This property is secluded and has a 8 person hot tub. We had inquired if this property had a pool and were informed that yes it had access to the "community pool" but once we arrived we found out that the pool is the Leavenworth city pool which you have to pay 9 dollars per person to enjoy. Thats was a draw back.

Summary: The location of this home is absolutely beautiful overlooking the river and surrounded by orchards. The house is very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Short drive into Leavenworth or to any of the area wineries.
